Account Cancellation

You have to understand that if your account will be canceled:

1. You will log out of this account.
2. You will not be able to log in again, and all retained information will be cleared and cannot be retrieved.

Specifically includes the following information:

• Personal information
• Loan records, coupon usage record
• Loan amount obtained

3. You will never be able to get a loan from LendPlus again.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, and you can opt out of direct marketing communications by sending email to customer@lendplus.ke or by calling 0709-029-000.
